Kristal & Nick ran to paradise from their home on the Central Coast of NSW, with their 2 girls. They had actually planned on having a Big Wedding at home but the pressure & stress of organising their Big Day proved too much. Kristal put the idea to Nick to head up to the Paradise of Byron Bay and Elope, nice and simple without the big fuss! Their plan was to then keep their original plan of their "Wedding Date" at home and turn that into a party, showing their VIP's the photos of their gorgeous experience. The Weather Gods tried to throw a spanner in the works with heavy rainfall forecast for the afternoon of their elopement, we made the decision to move the time of the elopement. Lucky for us our HIP vendors were all flexible to move the ceremony forwards to a morning experience, in the hope of escaping the afternoon deluge.
It was an early start for Kasey Walker who would literally start in the dark to beautify our bride and their teenage daughter!! Lola's Wildflowers created a stunning floral piece on our White Driftwood arbor, along with a stunning Bouquet and Nick's buttonhole. Byron Bay Kombi's would arrive at their accomodation to transport them in style to The Pass. Upon arrival there was a light shower but we had our umbrellas ready to keep them all dry and waited till the shower passed. There was also a huge Pandanus Tree that we sort shelter underneath when another small shower came through after the ceremony!! We were so lucky to have clear weather for their ceremony and photo shoot, as life in Byron Bay strolled past in the background. The surfers danced along the waves as our lovebirds shared some beautiful Vows with each other. There was laughter, happy tears and more laughter in Benjamin Carlyle ceremony. He created the warm vibes for our somewhat nervous couple, easing the tension and allowing Wanderer & The Wild to capture all of the gorgeous action.
This amazing elopement was stylish, romantic and so much fun!! The rest of the photo shoot was spent cruising around in the Kombi and our lovebrids celebrated over dinner later that night!!
